  • GCC countries (the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) should be stamped by the relevant ministry in that country.
  • West European countries (Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Luxemburg, Denmark, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Poland and Holland), Scandinavian countries (Finland, Sweden and Norway), American countries (U.S.A., Mexico and Canada) and Australia must be stamped by the authority that issued the certificate (the stamp of the school that issued the report card, the stamp of the hospital that issued the birth certificate, etc.)

• To pick up student from school if they are returned there due to unavailability of person to receive them at the designated bus stop.
• To pay the cost of any damage caused by my children.
• To educate my children regarding safety during the school bus journey, especially while waiting for the bus, boarding and disembarking, and instruct them to observe the following:
  a. Reach the assigned bus stop on or before the specified time;
  b. Behave in a way that avoids endangering anyone;
  c. Remain on the bus until reaching the destination;
  d. Remain seated during the journey and use seat belts when provided;
  e. Refrain from misbehavior; and
  f. Report to the school administration if school buses are not clean, or in case of any misbehavior by drivers, escorts or other students.

1. He/she repeatedly violates the safety regulations or endangers himself/herself or others while on the bus.
2. He/she continues to misbehave or creates a nuisance or participates in any inappropriate or aggressive behavior toward other students after receiving three notices of misconduct during one academic year.

It is the policy of the school to cater for children for the whole academic year. Fees are therefore paid with this in mind. Parents who know that their children are only staying for a part of the year are advised to consider other schools with a different policy.

• A one-time joining fee for Grades 2 and above is to be paid prior to the Placement Test. This joining fee is a one-time fee and will not deducated from the school tuition fees.
• A registration fee for KG1 to Grades 1 students is to be paid prior to the Placement Test. This amount is a non-refundable amount but is part of tuition fees and will be deducted from the third installment. The joining fee is reimbursable only if the student should fail and be asked to repeat his current class. In this case you have the option to withdraw your registration, and fees paid will be returned in full. The final date for taking up this option will be two weeks after the Placement Test results are out.

• 1^st Installment: One third of the annual fees and half of the bus fees to be paid upon registraion.
• 2^nd Installment: One third of the annual fees and the balance of the bus fees to be paid before the 1^st of September.
• 3^rd Installment: The balance of the annual fees to be paid before the end of December.

It is the guardian's duty to remember to pay fees on time.
There is no obligation upon the school to remind parents when fees are due.

A student will be admitted to calss only after the relevant fees have been paid. This applies to Term 1, 2 and 3.

If a student is requested to have extra/special lessons, the payment of additional fees may be required.

1- In case of unforeseen circumstances that require the parents to remove the children from school, or stop them from using the bus or having lunch at the school, the parents should immediately inform the school in writing. In such cases part of the fees may be refunded in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Where such notice is given at least thirty days before the first term starts, the amount paid is refunded less:
   Joining fee & 25% of the 1^st installment.
2. If the notice is given at least thirty days before the second term starts, the amount paid is refunded less:
   Joining fee, the first installment & 25% of the second installment.
3. If the notice is given at least thirty days before the third terms tarts, the amount paid is refunded less:
   The Joining fee, the first & second installment & 25% of the third installment.
4. If such notice is not given at least 30 days before a certain term starts, the fees for that term must be paid in full.

If cancellation is received before end of June, a full refund will be granted. If cancellation is received in July, BHD 15 will be deducted. If cancellation is received on or after August no refund will be given.

It should be noted that no fees (including bus fees, activities fees, meals subscriptions or any part thereof) are transferable from one child to another (even within the same family) nor is/are any fee(s) transferable from one academic year to another, or from a school year to a summer school or vice versa.

I agree to pay the fees.I accept the above rules and I agree to comply with them along with all other school rules and regulations as long as my children are enrolled in this school. I also relinquish the right to object to all or any part of the above-mentioned.
