Access to all data is strictly limited to authorized school personnel.

Event Form:

The Personal Data submitted via Forms created for specific events or occasions at the School will be collected and used solely for the event or occasion for which it was collected. This data will not be used for any other purpose unless explicit consent has been obtained.

Contact Us / Request Information Form:

Personal Data submitted through the Contact Us or Request Information forms is used to respond to your inquiries and to contact you based on your request.

To ensure that the content from our Website is presented most effectively for you, to administer our Website, and perform internal statistical and trend analysis to improve the user experience and performance of our Website.

No automated or profiling-based decision-making would be performed.

Personal Data Erasure And Storage Duration

We will endeavor to keep your Personal Data accurate and up-to-date and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

Information you submit under the "Contact us" form will be stored in our databases for one year only in an anonymized format and would be automatically deleted afterward.

The Personal Data you submit through the "Interest Form" and the "Application Form" will be securely stored in anonymized format within our Website's databases for a period of three years from the date of submission.

The Personal Data you submit through the Event Form will be automatically deleted 10 days after the Event, unless your explicit consent was obtained for any further processing.
